Mr. Rosato has more than 30 years of experience in the Mission Critical Industry. He has owned and operated companies in the Mid-Atlantic region that specialize in the design, construction and maintenance of Data Center Facilities.

Scott Stilley – President

B.S. – Lock Haven University: Business Management

Over 18 years of experience focusing on selling and designing mission critical environments for the consulting, engineering community in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Member: Healthcare Association of Southern New Jersey, IFMA Philadelphia and Delaware, Program Committee board member, IFMA Delaware, Delaware Valley 7×24 Exchange, AFCOM, Alumni Association of Lambda Chi Alpha.

Geoff Lawler – Principal

B.S. – Villanova University: Mechanical Engineering

Over 35 years of experience selling and representing HVAC and Mission Critical manufacturers within Pennsylvania, Delaware and southern New Jersey market.

Member: American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), AFCOM, and 7×24 Exchange.

Mike Beatty

Sales and Director of Business Development 

Mike has worked in technical sales and business development for almost 30 years.

He has supported Mission Critical applications for over 13 years, advising engineers, contractors, and end-users in Design, Design/Build, Construction, Services, and Operations of Mission Critical Facilities.  He has helped many customers improve their reliability of operation, as well as lower their PUE through innovative energy efficient ideas.

Mike is also a Certified Data Center Energy Practitioner (DCEP) with the Department of Energy, and holds the CDCP (Certified Data Center Professional) and CDCS (Certified Data Center Specialist) certifications with epi / TIA-942.  He has Top Secret Clearance with the DOD and has been a speaker with the Open Compute Project’s Data Center Facilities Group.
