Thomas Rosato - Chairman/Founder

B.B.A. - Temple University: Accounting
Certified Public Accountant - Maryland and Pennsylvania


Mr. Rosato has more than 30 years of experience in the Mission Critical Industry. Serving as C.F.O., C.O.O. or President he has owned and operated more than a dozen companies in the Mid-Atlantic region that specialize in the design, construction and maintenance of Data Center facilities. He also owned and operated a suite of companies (both public and privately held) that provided mechanical, electrical and construction management services for high tech facilities.


Beginning in 2001 he created TPR Group and established six companies that provide various services to the commercial services industry. They are as follows:

  • Total Site Solutions - This Design-Build Construction Management firm with more than $60 million in revenue went public in 2007 and specialized in Mission Critical Facilities.
  • CTS Services - This mechanical service business (with more than 25 million in revenue) provides commercial service and maintenance contracts for HVAC systems.
  • Chesapeake Systems - This sales company (with more than $22 million in revenue) specializes in the sale of commercial HVAC products for buildings such as pumps, cooling towers, water source heat pumps, boilers and chillers.
  • Chesapeake Mission Critical Systems - This sales company with more than 15 million in revenue specializes in the sale of Data Center Facility infrastructure equipment, precision cooling, power distribution and power redundant systems for the Data Center Industry.
  • Telco Power and Cable - This company (with more than 4 million in revenue) is an electrical service business  that specializes in Mission Critical Facility electrical systems.
  • S3i Security Systems - This company, with more than $8 million in revenue privides security systems for commercial facilities.

He successfully sold his interests in these companies to the existing management teams in 2012. He continues to maintain his minority interest in the companies he has founded and lends  his vision, executive leadership and strategic planning experience to these companies.

Over 16 years of experience focusing on selling and designing mission critical environments for the consulting, engineering community in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Member: Healthcare Association of Southern New Jersey, IFMA Philadelphia and Delaware, Program Committee board member, IFMA Delaware, Delaware Valley 7x24 Exchange, AFCOM, Alumni Association of Lambda Chi Alpha.


Geoff Lawler - Principal

B.S. - Villanova University: Mechanical Engineering

Over 35 years of experience selling and representing HVAC and Mission Critical manufacturers within Pennsylvania, Delaware and southern New Jersey market.

Member: American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), AFCOM, and 7x24 Exchange.
